Try it before you buy
Stride comes as a free demo, so please try it before you buy. The demo is the best way to confirm Stride runs on your system and does what you need.
No time limit on the trial
Download Stride and run it in demo mode for as long as you like. When you're happy, buy a license to unlock it. No rush.
Once you activate, sales are final
Once you activate your license, all sales are final. Stride is digital software delivered instantly and can't be returned. By activating, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation for the delivered software.

If you've bought but not yet activated your license, email home@stridehub.io within 14 days for a full refund.
The Experimental Collection
The Experimental Collection is a download of samples, racks and StrideChains rather than a licensed application, so it is delivered in full the moment you receive the link. Once that link has been sent, the Collection is non-refundable. If the download fails or a file is faulty, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
Your statutory rights are unaffected
If Stride is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Customers in the EU and UK keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal until activation begins. And if Stride won't run and we can't fix it together, we'll refund you.
How to request a refund
Email home@stridehub.io with your order number, sent to you by our payment provider after purchase, and a short description of the issue. We reply within 48 hours.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We usually resolve issues faster and more flexibly than your bank's dispute process, and chargebacks filed without first contacting us incur fees that small independent studios like ours have to absorb.
Who you are buying from
Stride is operated by an independent developer based in Israel. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for your order and appears on your statement. Tax is included in the price shown.
