A note before you start

Stride is a sound design tool, not a mixing tool. You draw curves on the canvas, then inject them straight into your Ableton clip — no files, no dragging. That loop is built for creative exploration: pick a rack (synth + effects), scan its parameters, and design motion you'd never draw by hand. Lean into it for variation, movement, and "what does this rack do that I haven't tried yet" — not for surgical mix work.
